The demand was so high the wait list was growing and growing in length.

A BIG thanks to the folks at Barclays, Westchester C.C., and the PGA TOUR for allowing us to extend the teaching to their beautiful practice area just off the 18th. It was a truly unique experience to be able to teach students so close to the 'action' of the tour players. The Academy kicked off with the Wednesday Pro-Am and was then followed with four tournament days -- all jam-packed with Barclays clients and the 'magic' of teaching TGM -- and highlighted by Lynn's five 'You can do it!' clinics on the weekend.

There were so many special moments I will treasure from the experience, but none more rewarding than helping people who had come to the clinic barely able to hit a shot, and who at the close of a clinic were able to demonstrate a tour quality pitch as the crowd cheered.

And to top it all off, during the 4th clinic, I got a call that my new nephew had just been born!

Thank you Lynn. It was an honor to work with you and to be a part of such a special teaching event and I look forward to the future possibilities.
Thanks Ed,

We were slammed from our first hour in our Academy pavilion. Yoda had to pull some strings to be able to do the outside clinics. Making a long story short, he got approval from both tournament officials and the PGA TOUR to conduct private clinics for Barclays clients in the short game area of the West Course. They actually got to hit chips, pitches and bunker shots as PGA TOUR players walked down the 18th fairway almost within earshot. Those students got the best information available.

The outside clinics were a life jacket for those of us that were inside. Jeff was fitting and giving instruction. I was filming and teaching at a rate never accomplished in the history of mankind. I think Yoda told me by his count I gave about 130 video analyses, in 4 days! I also took 60 videos from front and back for other clients to whom we'll be sending an analysis. (homework)

I was "given' her all she's got, Captain"....

I'm still feeling a little fuzzy, and I'll post more once I get some sleep.

I would loved to have seen you at the clinic. Actually, I gave three today as an adjunct to the primary instruction in our pavilion and taught 43 of Barclays' private clients. The clinics were held on the practice greens of Westchester C.C. not more than 300 yards from the 18th green. As I think about it, you must have been at one of the afternoon sessions, either 2 PM or 4 PM. Had you given me the 'high sign', we could have spent a few minutes together after it was over. There will be another time.

Also, my sincere thanks to our own EdZ, who began the weekend as our tournament guest and wound up assisting me in the clinics on both Saturday and Sunday. We got it done, didn't we, Ed!

We're all home safe and sound now, and I will write more soon about this wonderful week. Meanwhile, it's late, and in the inimitable words of Scarlett O'Hara...

"Tomorrow is another day!"
Yoda,
It was my pleasure having Ted, my wife and I loved the company. And I was going to wave on the practice green(it was the 4 PM session), but my better half gave me a sharp elbow to the ribs and said, "Don't! He's working!"
Ah well, next year I'll know better.
