Left handed, doesn't work right handed (Flat Right Wrist).
Basic Motion, Acquired Motion, Total Motion and getting your daily allowance of LBG.

Drag the Wet Mop with your Pivot. I know that sounds like a broken record. But you can't get there with effort from the arms or hands. The Power Package (for a swinger) needs to be pulled so that the hands are in the line of sight to the ball before release.

And a daily dose of LBG, as Drewitgolf said, will help.

Set it up in front of a mirror with the clubhead against something stationary on the floor and try to push it away with the Pivot. Set up then push, back to setup and then push.........till you think it's good enough.

Agreed.

Good amateurs pros even can get to this position but still be in the process of throw away. Homer said the secret to golf was Lag. Excellent golfers get to this position without any throwaway. Learn to load the Lag properly for your pattern and sustain it. Until you feel this you will never know how important this is. For me the answer is Float Loading. If Im in the process of Lag Loading going down , I cant be in the process of Throwaway. But there are two other types of Lag Loading available to the golfer and the Pressure Point is different for each.

Read, learn memorize 7-19 and 10-19 A, B, C , But live 6-C-2A. The third paragraph in my 6th edition is profound and too long to type here but here is one sentence.

" .............even then the Clubhead Lag is still maintained --it has NO Release Point."
