Generally speaking, if you Left Wrist is Level and you still have some Accumuator #3 at Impact it is.

It is important to see that with acc#3, the Plane is not the In Line Condition of the shaft with the Left arm to the Left Shoulder but the shaft being On Plane as part of the right Forearm Flying Wedge. See that and Extensor Action will easily reveal itself as a below plane tugging action when acc#3 is present -- as Drew pointed out.
