Yes, we will cover each of these 'Feels' and how to acquire them. For now, knowthat the physical 'Feels' of the Flat Left Wrist replicating the Three HingeMotions are executed from Impact (8-10) to the end of the Follow-Through(8-11). Per 7-10:

Full Roll (Horizontal Hinging)

No Roll (Angled Hinging)

Reverse Roll (Vertical Hinging)
