The Shoulder Turn (Component #13) involves the Right Shoulder, not theLeft. And besides, even the Left Shouder, despite the pictures in Chapter10-10, has absolutely nothing to do with the execution of the Hinge Motionby the Flat Left Wrist. Not too confusing!
