I was relating exstensor action to the right arm - per 6-B-1-D, it is the exclusive effort to straighten the right arm and in the context I was describing it and in the context of the right arm, is a pushing motion. In the context of the left arm, I agree - the left arm feels like it is pulled, snapped in line - in the context of the left arm. Hope this exonerates me fully. If not - let me know.
One more: I stated:
Quote:
They have seperate identies - pp#3 is simply the shaft bending and that pressure point sensing it (in swinging) or causing it (in hitting).
I would like to clarify - the context I meant it was hitting - and pp#3 doesnt 'cause' the bending - right arm thrust does.

Patrick,
Feemore gets the 'Two Thumbs Up' Award on this one. Here is his greate Quote:
Someone once asked me... Is the horsePULLING the wagon, or PUSHING against the collar? You would have to ask thehorse.
Great Stuff!
My recommendation? Pull -- or push if that's the way you want tothink of it -- that Left Arm #3 Accumulator Angle into almost a straightline. Remember, you should only have a little #3 Angle to Roll throughImpact. Whether that Angle is small or large, its Rhythm -- and full TransferPower! -- won't change (6-B-3-B).
So, put that Club just a smidgeon under the heel of the Left Hand. Toomuch 'under the heel' means a larger #3 Angle and that means your Snap Releasemust be earlier to accomodate its longer Roll through Impact. And that wouldmean lower clubhead speed.
