Yoda- Does the hinge pin represent the left wrist in a right handed player?
No, Dave. There is no alignment 'hinge pin' in the Left Wrist. There isa hinge pin in 2-K, of course, but that is a Left Wrist velocity pin(for the 2-P and 4-D-0 generation of Clubhead speed). It is not avertical-to-a-plane hinge pin for Left Hand Clubface alignment.
Remember, Homer could only illustrate one concept at a time. So, pleasekeep the identities of the various functions and their Imperatives separate.Don't analyze for Left Wrist Velocity Power (6-B-2-0) when Left Hand#3 Transfer Power (6-B-3-0) is being discussed. And certainly not when Clubfacealignment and Clubhead Plane of Rotation (2-N-0) are the topics.
Clubhead (Right Hand -- #3 Pressure Point). Clubface (Left Hand-- Flat and Vertical Left Wrist). Clubshaft (Right Forearm Flying Wedge-- Plane Line Tracing with the #3 Pressure Point.
But...
The Flat and Vertical Left Wrist does replicate the Motion of one of theThree Basic Hinge Actions on the One Angled Plane of Motion of theStroke. This will all become very clear in the next few days. Promise!
