It has been almost 2 months to the day that you responded and provided some exercises. Actually you provided two different sets..

Well it just occurred to me today that, 'Hey I can't remember the last time I had that pain in the right arm!".

I must confess though, I have not been too good at doing the second set of exercise regularly. However the the first two exercises I have been doing daily, heck the 'Standard Form' I find myself doing it several times a day.

So thank you...From having it on a routine basis to not having it is really nice....
