Martee, Thanks for keeping us all current with your success. You have described, in my experience, the exact process all of 'my people' go through. Initially they don't feel any results, especially in that first week when it's so hard to begin any program. Then they find that the symptom is more sporatic and they have hours and then days that they are pain free or less distressed. Then one day, just as you said, they realise they haven't felt it in a while. Pat yourself on the back because it means that you are now in control of your own physiology and healing.

The first set of exercises, and yes we all mimick standard form throughout the day as we recover from the repetitive positions of our lives, was critical in your recovery. The second set is designed to take you to the level that your body will provide it's own balance and you won't spend your life managing your 'weakness' and will instead complete the realignment and your body will do the work for you. I am complimented on my posture regularly and I never have to think about standing straight or correcting my back. I just do my workouts consistently and then go about my business the rest of the day. You can have this too. But you have to move the work to that level. You'll do it when you're ready.

I'm so happy you are pain free. I lived with so much pain for so many years that I truly know the relief that comes with being in a pain free body. You truly never need to go back to that place. As you expand your program for more advanced rehab feel free to post or email me directly. Your post is the reason I do the work I do and the reason I write on this site. I appreciate your thoughtfulness in keeping me posted on your success.

Happy Holidays to you, too. Vik
