I would be curious what the guys whom set up at impact fix have to say about avoiding overrolling the left arm. Seems it is so easy with high hands at set-up to roll that left arm way too much immediately and set the wrists too late. The reason you can't sustain the lag is because you are so eager to make the club move fast (a reaction to the intent of "hitting it far").
