When you you post a reply or make any post in a forum. Look for an icon that says "Insert Image" or "Insert Link". The icons on this forum look like a globe with a paper clip on it for the "Insert Link" and the "Insert Image" icon look like mountain peaks with a yellow sky and a sun or moon.

Thanks for that (I have putfile account) but I was asking what forum or thread in LBG to post to, so that our (the ones seeking analysis) swing sequences and vids are not strewn all over the site.
