I've wanted that so much, I've been retyping/scanning my copy of the book into my PC and I'm going to add the links.

Unfortunately, the book is not public domain so my efforts are for personal benefit only. Unless I can talk the TGM owners into doing something with it. But I don't have my hopes up.

The good news is that retyping the text and really scrubbing it for mistakes is a great way to study and learn.

The 7th edition edits were completed before Homer's passing, but have never made it into print. It is up to the owners of The Golfing Machine to make that happen.
