Katie and I began working together last July. She had been playing golf for about 18 months, and at the time, her 'personal best' score was 107. Within two months, she beat that score by 20 strokes, carding an 87 in tournament play. What is even more remarkable is that the 87 was produced with a 47 on the front and a 40 on the back. And that 40 included a triple at the last! Her near-term goal statement, which she writes down in her Performance Analysis Journal after every practice session or round, is "I shoot in the 70s".
