Not to put too fine a point on it, but honestly: 1) too long of a swing (extensor) Extensor Action No such thing having too long a swing with EA. Impossible. 2) Right shoulder pivot opening too soon (my miss is a pull) Extensor Action One cannot pull down with the Left Arm and thereby open the shoulders too soon with EA. EA with Swingers (no Active right elbow) will automatically acquire Pivot Lag. 3) Tempo is way to fast, especially in the backswing Extensor Action EA RFT will control the perfect backstroke speed. 4) Not getting to both arms straight (winging it a bit) Extensor Action There should be no letting up on #3 PP pressure. EA is the only procedure to help eliminate this post impact breakdown. Last edited by Daryl : 04-27-2010 at 04:03 PM. Daryl View Public Profile Send a private message to Daryl Find all posts by Daryl
